Read what is already running
Walk into almost any commercial plant room and you will find controllers producing readings every few minutes, and have been for years. The sensors are installed. The network is there. What is missing is anything reading it, in a form an operator can act on before the invoice arrives.
Most of the sector answers that with a replacement programme: new controls, new head end, new capital, and a year before anybody sees a number. We think that gets it backwards. The faster and cheaper move is to read what is already running, over open protocols, and turn it into an asset register, an energy position and a maintenance programme that share one record.
Three rules govern everything we publish
Savings are identified, not promised
Every saving figure comes from measured plant behaviour. It is not a saving yet realised, and it is not guaranteed.
Every figure states its basis
Metered, modelled with the method shown, or awaiting data. We do not blend them into one confident number.
We say where the product stops
Vairitas does not command plant, and every industry page states whether we hold a published deployment.
If that costs us a deal against someone willing to promise a percentage, we would rather lose it early than in month nine of a contract.
