You are paying for plant that nobody asked to run.
The meter reads the whole site. The BMS knows the fan speed but not the tariff. The invoice arrives two months later in a format that reconciles against neither, so the conversation about energy happens long after anything could be done about it.
What we hear, and what answers it
I cannot see below the site meter
Consumption per plant class and per device, derived from live operating state rather than an annual estimate.
I cannot test a change before I make it
Dial a setpoint, a schedule or a fan speed and watch predicted kWh, cost and carbon move before anything is touched.
Savings appear, then quietly disappear
Savings are snapshotted daily and attributed to the plant that improved or degraded, so a regression has a name and a date.
What this module does not do
Savings are identified, not promised, and every figure is badged metered, modelled or awaiting data.
