Nothing is allowed to stop

Read critical plant data and maintain a clear operational record.

Cooling, power and continuous reporting

Cooling, not IT, is the load your team is allowed to influence, and it is the load PUE and the reporting obligation are derived from. A bad day is two units in one hall fighting each other for weeks, found in the invoice.

01What changes

What Vairitas changes in data centres

01

Units stop fighting each other

CRAC, CRAH and chiller state read together across a hall, so a cooling conflict surfaces as a named fault with the readings behind it.

02

PUE with its derivation attached

Partial PUE built from what is metered, with the measurement point named and modelled branches badged as such.

03

Nothing here can command plant

There is no device write path in normal operation. The appliance reads over BACnet/IP, Trend and Niagara oBIX.

04

Standby plant with a history

Run hours, starts and condition recorded against each standby unit from what the controllers report.

05

Reporting that is not rebuilt

Energy, cooling and carbon accumulate continuously into disclosure packs.

02What we can and cannot claim

We do not have a published deployment here yet

We hold no published data centre deployment. The platform carries the reporting frameworks and reads the cooling and power plant these sites run, but we have not completed a deployment in this sector we can point to. Vairitas is not a DCIM and connects to no IT system.
