These terms cover this website. Use of the platform itself is governed by the agreement signed with Vairitas Ltd.
01Using this site
You may read, print and share the pages here. You may not copy the site's content to present it as your own, or attempt to disrupt the service.
02What is published here
Product descriptions state what the platform does today and where it stops. Where a capability is still being completed, the relevant page says so. Nothing on this site is a warranty of a specific outcome on your estate.
03Savings and figures
Savings are identified from measured plant behaviour. They are not guaranteed, and a figure described as modelled is derived rather than metered. Any figure quoted in a commercial proposal supersedes what is described here.
04Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
05The platform contract
Service levels, support, data processing and commercial terms for the platform are set out in the agreement between you and Vairitas Ltd, not on this page.
06Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
