Privacy notice
What we hold, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Written to be read rather than to be compliant with a template.
01Who we are
Vairitas Ltd is registered in England and Wales and acts as the data controller for the personal data described on this page. Questions and rights requests go to info@vairitas.com.
02What we collect
Contact details you give us through the demo or contact forms: name, work email, company, number of buildings, an optional phone number and whatever you type into the message field.
Platform account data for named users of the platform, and the names of engineers and suppliers recorded against work.
Standard server and security logs generated when the site or the platform is used.
03Why we hold it
To reply to an enquiry, to run a demo, to operate the platform under a contract, and to meet our legal and certification obligations. We do not sell personal data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
04How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept while the conversation is live and for up to twenty four months afterwards. Platform data is kept for the term of the contract and the retention period agreed in it. Security logs are kept for twelve months.
05Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to info@vairitas.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
06Sub-processors and transfers
Hosting and database services run on certified infrastructure. A current sub-processor list is available on request. Where data is processed outside the UK we rely on the appropriate safeguards for that transfer.
